How it works

From a map tap to a shareable PDF.

  1. Select the parcel

Tap a lot and its boundary loads automatically (in 28 states) — or draw it yourself. Area and perimeter appear as you draw.

  2. Run the report

Twelve topics, from flood zone and wetlands to radon and contaminated-site records, compiled from public sources and clipped to your boundary. Most reports are ready in under a minute.

  3. Share the PDF

A clean PDF with the source credits each data provider requires. Share it in full, with its notices, with your agent, lender, surveyor or partner.

FAQ

Questions

Is this a land survey?

No. Only a licensed land surveyor can establish a boundary and its area. The report uses the polygon you draw or select on the map, and it says so.

Which parcels can I get a report for?

Parcels inside the United States, excluding Alaska. Parcel boundaries load automatically in 28 states; anywhere else in the U.S., draw the boundary on the map.

The map tools — drawing, measuring, the elevation profile and address search — work everywhere.

Can I use the app outside the U.S.?

Yes. The map tools are free everywhere: drawing and measuring, the elevation profile, satellite, hybrid and road maps, address search and saved parcels. Reports, including the free preview, are available for U.S. parcels only.

Do I need an account?

No. You can explore the map and run your first U.S. parcel preview without an account. Signing in keeps your reports and credits available on every device.

What data do you keep about me?

We do not request your name or email address when you sign in with Apple. Our servers keep a private, app-specific account identifier, the parcels you analyze and the resulting reports, your credit and purchase records, your acceptance of the Terms of Use and the limited records used to prevent abuse of the free preview.

Your business profile and logo are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How long does a report take?

Most reports are ready in under a minute. You can keep using the app while it runs; it tells you when the report is ready.

Can I get the report in another language or in metric units?

Yes. The PDF is produced in the language you use the app in: English, Spanish or Turkish. You can change the language and download the same report again at no extra cost. Distances and areas are printed in both imperial and metric units; the units menu on the map sets which comes first.

Can I share the report?

Yes. You may share the PDF in full, including its notices, with your agent, lender, surveyor or partner. The report is provided only to you, the purchaser, under the Terms of Use; recipients may not rely on it.

How do I cancel PRO Monthly?

In your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). It stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

How do I get help?

For help with the app, your account or a purchase, email support@landlayers.com.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Start with the public record. Then confirm it with professionals.
